Using TeamViewer

In some instances, our technical support team may need to connect to your computer to help resolve your issue. We use a software called TeamViewer. If this step is needed, our technical support representative will direct you to launch TeamViewer at an agreed upon time.

Using a computer issued by UCM

TeamViewer will already be installed on your device. Click the TeamViewer Icon in your Task Bar to launch TeamViewer at the scheduled time. 

Using a personal computer?

Download and install TeamViewer
